When you request help or a quote, you may provide your name, phone number or email address, who needs help, a description of the technology problem, and a preferred day or time.

Please do not send passwords, one-time security codes, financial information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive account details through the website.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, understand the problem, prepare a quote, schedule and provide service, communicate with you, and maintain reasonable business records.

During an in-home visit

If a device or account requires a password, payment information, or a security code, you should enter that information yourself. Mesquite Tech Help does not need to know or keep your passwords to provide ordinary technology support.

Sharing and selling information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website or business, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.

Our quote form uses FormSubmit to deliver form submissions to Mesquite Tech Help by email. Information entered in that form is transmitted through FormSubmit for that purpose. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained by its service for up to 30 days.

Website technology

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. Its lightweight analytics beacon does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors. We use this information only to understand and improve the website, not for advertising.

Our website hosting provider may also process basic technical information, such as an IP address and request information, to deliver and secure the site.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and service information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian submit a request for you. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information you previously provided, subject to information we reasonably need to retain for legal or business-record purposes. Use the current contact method listed on the main website to make a request.

Updates

If this policy changes materially, the updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
