About Me

Tech help from someone who actually enjoys helping.

Hi, I'm Liam—a local high-school senior, lifeguard, and lifelong computer enthusiast. I've loved learning about computers and technology since I was a little kid.

Mesquite Tech Help grew out of something simple: helping my grandma and her friends when their phones, computers, and other technology got frustrating. I liked being the person they could call, and I saw how much a patient explanation could help someone feel more confident.

I'm eager to keep sharing what I know with people in my community— without making anyone feel rushed, embarrassed, or talked down to.

Peace of mind for you. Patient help for them.

You do not have to troubleshoot Mom's printer from three states away—or explain the TV menu over the phone for the fifth time. If you're arranging help for a parent or loved one, tell me what is going on and who needs help. I'll make the next step simple.

Common questions

You can always just ask.

Do I need to know what my tech problem is called?

No. Describe what you're trying to do or what is frustrating you in your own words. That is enough to start.

Can I request help for my parent or loved one?

Yes. Choose “My parent or loved one” on the request form and explain what they need help with.

What if my device or problem is not listed?

Ask anyway. The examples on this page are only common starting points, not a complete list.

Will I get written instructions to keep?

Yes. Every visit includes a personalized, large-print guide with the exact steps we practiced for your specific issue. It is included at no additional charge and will never contain passwords or other sensitive details.

How does payment work?

You can pay by cash, card, or check. Your price will be confirmed before the visit, so you know what to expect.

What should I have ready for the visit?

Have the device and any charger, cable, remote, or accessory related to the problem nearby. If a sign-in is needed, be ready to enter sensitive login information yourself—please do not send passwords ahead of time.

Will you ask me for my passwords?

Do not send passwords or sensitive account details through this site. If sign-in is needed while getting help, you should enter sensitive information yourself.
